Graham provides a caring practice
that allows people to explore their
concerns in an accepting and supportive environment. Counselling with
Graham offers the opportunity to develop more effective ways of managing
overwhelming feelings.
Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is the primary approach used in
counselling. CBT examines people's unhelpful thinking to assist
with shifting difficult emotions and behaviours. Techniques
from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed and
Narrative approaches may also be used.
Graham's formal qualifications
include a Bachelor of Science, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Science
(Professional Psychology) and a Master of Psychology
(Counselling). He is registered as a Psychologist with the
Psychology Board of Australia, and is a full member of
the Australian Psychological Society
(APS), so you can be assured that you are receiving a high quality
service from a well-qualified and professional practitioner.
